How do we handle golf bag logistics on small island flights?

Charter flights out of Melbourne (Moorabbin or Essendon) or commercial services (Sharp Airlines) handle golf clubs easily if notified in advance. We assist with bag coordination and drops directly upon flight details coordination.

Is food and beverage supplied, or is it self-catering?

Our lodges operate on a fully self-sufficient, private luxury home model and explicitly exclude catering, chef services, or pre-stocked fridges. South Lodge features a full kitchen ideal for gourmet meal preparation and an outdoor BBQ deck. North Lodge is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen with high-end appliances. Guests are responsible for purchasing food and beverages at the local Currie market upon arrival on King Island. For corporate retreats, kitchens can be utilized for hosting catered meals arranged entirely by the client.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your stay, with the remaining 50% balance due three months prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

How far in advance should we book?

Golf season in King Island peaks between October and April. We strongly recommend planning and locking in lodge space 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure availability for your preferred group sizes.
